Shipping & Returns

Returns – Home Decor:

We want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. However, you may return most new unopened items within 14 days of delivery.  You will be responsible for shipping charges.

Please contact our Customer Care team to request a return authorization.

Make sure that the returned product is unused and sent back with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.  A detail description is noted below.

Shipping :

We ship confirmed orders within 3-5 business days.  Once the item ships or is submitted for fulfillment we can not cancel the order. 

Detail of Returns Policy :

Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns: 

    • Buyer pays return shipping cost for buyer's remorse. 
  • 20% re-stocking fee applies.

Damaged or Defective items:

    • Damage or defect MUST be reported within 14 days, no exceptions.
    • Under $30 - please contact customer care
    • Over $30 - email picture of damage or defect to customer care. A return may be required. Customer care will advise on next steps.
  • Refund or exchange, buyer's choice depending on products (excludes toys and wearable items).

 

Returns – Wearables, Vintage and Collectibles:

We have a 3 day return for all vintage and collectible items. Item must be return in the same package and condition. We use the shipping confirmation to determine order receipt. Any items that can be worn (shoe charms, jewelry) are NOT returnable. Shipping fees are NON-refundable and buyer pays return shipping cost. Any items shipped with FREE shipping will incur the original shipping cost.
